What I've Learned

This is about connecting the dots, making conclusions and weighing that against modern dogma. Lately I'm focusing a lot on health since it's so important yet there's so much conflicting information about it; I am also keen on enhancing productivity, enhancing cognitive capability and general self improvement. My general goal is for each video to provide some takeaway that's applicable in your daily life.

What I've Learned

Had a great conversation with ‪@nicknorwitzPhD‬ about some of the inconsistencies in Bryan Johnson's story. Nick's level headed insights were very compelling, I'd love to have him on again.

This is coming out a bit late (recorded last month) due to not getting my camera feed.

What I've Learned

Awesome to see someone else was keeping track of Bryan Johnson's deception. Give ‪@ShaferScott‬ an algo comment so more people can see the patchwork quilt of half-truths Bryan Johnson uses to mislead people about his health 'achievements' and the products he sells.

What I've Learned

Guys, I am owning up to a misunderstanding and apologizing to ‪@ShaferScott‬
-I noticed his video happened to include much of the talking points on Bryan Johnson I've been doing the past 30 days.
-I made a post because it looked like he deleted my comment asking him to include my name "Joseph Everett" (not just a link) in the description because I could no longer see the comment even when logged in
-He then claimed I deleted HIS comment. This seemed too odd so I checked my YT studio and saw his comment was actually held for "Blocked words." Youtube is often finicky like this. I realized the exact same thing could have happened on his end, so to assume he deleted my comment just cause I couldn't see it was a big oversight.
-I found all of the material on Bryan Johnson on the internet, so it's not unlikely ‪@ShaferScott‬ was simply researching in tandem with me.
-Scott, my hastiness was very unprofessional and I am sorry about the way I reacted. I'll be sharing your video on my socials shortly.

What I've Learned

Excellent post by my friend ‪@nicknorwitzPhD‬ - Makes a really great point about how something as simple as fish oil could move the lever on speed of aging tests bigger than a $2 million longevity protocol. He also points out something that the average person does not realize about these speed of aging tests Bryan Johnson constantly brags about: If a rich person was willing to spend thousands of dollars on repeat speed of aging testing, they could just cherry pick out the tests with the lowest scores because there is so much individual variation. You could test twice in the same week and get two significantly different scores. Pick the lower one, post it, brag that your speed of aging has lowered thanks to the expensive protocol you are selling. I'm not saying anyone is necessarily confirmed to be doing that ... but the possibility exists.
