Hi singers!

Sorry I haven’t uploaded in a while. You might have also noticed that my “Ride The Cyclone” Sing-With-Me’s have disappeared. I have a long-winded explanation if you’re interested:

Shortly after uploading my “What The World Needs” backing vocals tracks in June, I got started on making Sing-With-Me’s and Vocal Guides for the “sailing through space” section of the suites. I would love to do “Uranium Suite” or “Fall Fair Suite” sometime, but they both seemed too overwhelming to tackle yet. I spent more than a month working on the new set of videos, making sure the harmonies were perfect, and then…

I got a copyright strike. Out of nowhere. No warning, no request for me to delete my own videos, just straight to YouTube deleting my videos and giving me a strike. The videos in question were “The Ballad of Jane Doe” and my two “What The World Needs” videos. I was not contacted by Brooke Maxwell, but I saw the comment that he left on the take-down request. It was in all-caps, which I took to mean that he was angry 😓

With a few other challenging things happening in my personal life at the time, plus my pick & mix bag of psychological conditions, I was not well-equipped to deal with the situation, so I cried a lot and avoided dealing with it for a bit. I have since emailed Brooke apologising and asking for confirmation that the copyright violation was because of the particular backing tracks I used. Hopefully he’ll reply to me soon so I can work on putting my meticulously recorded and edited vocals over an acceptable backing track and have them publicly available again! (I’m still on the fence about whether or not it’s safe to upload “Sailing Through Space” even though I made the backing track for it myself). If he doesn’t reply, I’ll have to wait until my strike expires in November, because I’m far too scared of losing my channel to risk having more than one strike at a time!

In the meantime, I’m still working hard behind the scenes. I’m making a rehearsal vlog for Seussical, and a very special Sing-With-Me trio that I’ve wanted to do for YEARS, and that I’ve got two of my most talented friends to sing with me on. Also, if you’re interested in checking out any of my slightly unrelated content, you can find a few extra videos on TikTok, and for some reason I only post my aerial silks training videos on Instagram.

Sing With Kring

Hello to all of my subscribers! As you may know, I made a special video at 40K and 50K subs. I had a grand idea for 60K, but the numbers have crept up on me lately (I might actually reach 100K someday 😍), so I'll have to save that idea for 75K. For this one, I'm going to attempt to film myself singing SIX full covers in one take. I want to reserve the right to choose one song for myself, but I'll let you choose the other FIVE! I will sing the five songs that receive the most votes 🎵

Please comment a song you'd like me to sing, and LIKE people's comments to vote for that song. Please don't comment a song that has already been suggested, as I need to be able to keep track of the numbers (I'll have to delete duplicate comments sorry). I'm happy to sing solos, but would also be open to singing as part of a duet/trio if there's already a Sing With Me on my channel for that song 😊

Hello my gorgeous singers! Thank you for being so patient while I put together the Ex Wives videos. I've had a crazy year trying to juggle YouTube, theatre, other hobbies, and an insanely demanding day-job 😴



Now that I've almost finished the standard Sing With Me videos for Ex Wives, I have a couple more versions planned: I'll put all six voices into a full cover, and I'll make a SOLO VERSION where you can sing the solo parts of all six queens as well as the melody (middle harmony). If there are any other combinations that you'd like me to make for the song, please comment your requests here!

Poll 2/2: It seems like the harmony splits change depending on each cast! I've found a copy of the sheet music with suggested splits that seem appropriate, except that in chorus 1&2, they have Howard on top, Aragon on bottom, and everyone else on the melody in the middle. I can see that working if your Howard and Aragon are loud, but I would've imagined they'd split it 2, 2, 2 with Howard & Boleyn on top, Seymour & Parr in the middle, and Aragon & Cleves on the bottom. What do you think I should do?

Hey everyone, I'm trying out a new Channel name!
My other career has gotten more serious lately, so I want to protect my privacy a little, and having my full name front and centre on my channel was not the best way to do that 😅 I've also renamed my Instagram profile to match 📸
Now that "Next to Normal" is over, I have more time to work on Sing-With-Me's, so keep an eye out for some new videos coming out 😊 In the meantime, you can check me out on TikTok

Sing With Kring

We're about to hit 50,000 subscribers! 🥰 It'll probably happen when I'm asleep tonight haha

I'll be putting the final touches on my 50K milestone video tomorrow. I hope you get a lot of entertainment out of it, because I've been working on it for the last couple of months! Next time I am DEFINITELY switching to single digits i.e. 6 things for 60K 😅

Also, thank you to everyone who has watched (and provided voices for 😊) the "Non-Stop" videos! That's all the videos I planned to make for the song, but I didn't make every possible combination of characters, so if you need one that's missing from my Hamilton playlist you can request it and I'll see what I can do
