Who is ready for a surgical residency?
Just to clarify, these quotes weren’t all said to me, but I did overhear them over the course of my surgical residency.
Some of them were said in jest…but not all of them 😂
Make sure you have a thick skin if you do a surgical residency.

Many of us may be magnesium deficient and not even realize it, due in part to the Western diet and current farming techniques.
Symptoms of magnesium deficiency include headache, fatigue, weakness, and muscle spasms.
Spinach, flaxseed, and walnuts are excellent natural food sources of magnesium.
Magnesium glycinate is an excellent magnesium supplement.
