In 2020, Chick Corea hit the road with his powerhouse trio of Christian McBride and Brian Blade, embarking on what would be Corea’s final tour. The recordings from those shows are now being released as Trilogy 3, the third installment from this extraordinary group. The album will be available for streaming and download on February 28, and on vinyl (as a double disc LP) and CD on May 30.

musicians into Mad Hatter Studios in Los Angeles. Recorded almost entirely live in first takes, the album is
notable for its “less is more” approach to Chick's particular style of genre bending composition. Though the
focus may have been more on acoustic piano than synths, the same proficiency, spontaneity, impeccable
execution and jaw-dropping display of chops that characterize the five first Elektric Band albums applies.
Meticulously restored, this album is available on vinyl for the first time ever as a 2 x LP
Disc Set. With new detailed liner notes by jazz writer Bill Milkowski, providing context and filling
out the listening experience with lush technical notes.
