I don't advice anyone to buy this product because I just got one today and I don't like it for a few reasons one it's a pain in the ass to open the pencil sharpener in order to throw away the pencil shavings two it uses four batteries in order to work three it hardly has any space for when your sharpening your pencils and last but not least and definitely a good point when I started to use it I smelled this toxic smell most likely fumes coming out of the sharpener I got scared afraid it was going to catch fire and immediately stopped and took out the batteries for this thing before anything could happen so just a heads up if your going to buy this
