Now in my mid-40s, I’ve come to realize just how quickly the years seem to pass. In all of that - Christmas offers us a beautiful opportunity to just pause. It’s a time to appreciate how truly blessed we are—the people in our lives who love us, the ones we make sacrifices for throughout the year, and the relationships that make life meaningful. It’s a season to slow down, to be still, to exchange gifts, and to cherish the gifts others have given us—not just material ones, but the gift of time, love, and support. For me, it’s also a time to marvel at the miracle of Christmas—a God who, in His infinite love, sent His Son, Jesus, to rescue us, meeting our greatest need by offering grace, forgiveness, and peace with God.

As we celebrate this special season, I want to thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to serve you and look forward to what 2025 will bring.

Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones. May this season bring joy, peace, and moments to treasure.

Orlando Metro Real Estate Update: Interest rates are nearly 1% lower than they were a year ago, but the inventory of unsold homes has surged dramatically.
70% MORE homes available in the $300k-$400k price range compared to last year.
39% MORE homes in the $400k-$600k range.
61% MORE homes in the $600k-$999k bracket.
46% MORE homes in the $1M+ market, where interest rates often aren’t a primary concern.
On the bright side, it seems like the "marry the house, date the rate" mantra has finally faded. Buyers are definitely on strike. All this and much more coming on my next update this Sunday at 5pm.
