Hi guys, I'm feeling better after a long rest and I can't wait to start filming videos again. My first video back wll be on Sunday 13th September, published around 11pm. Hi guys, thank you for your patience and your good wishes. I added some new physio exercises and pulled a muscle which lead to a series of muscle spasms etc etc... Anyway, I'm feeling better today and hope to have a video for you on Saturday evening.
