My 1st attempt at making pemmican at home using flank steak and ghee!

I intended to store a load for a rainy day, but I accidentally ate it all 😆

Just so you know, I do not delete any comments on my channel.
My mum just reached out to say how fed up she is that her comments keep being removed.
I never remove any myself.
I believe in free speech, for one, but also, comments are great for the growth of a channel.
It's all about engagement.
I can't tell you how many times I get blamed for deleting peoples comments, yet I've never deleted any.
There's no benefit to removing negative comments, either.
Call me what you want. It doesn't bother me.
Even my own comments get deleted on my own channel, lol.
It's actually disgraceful, and I wish I could do something about it.
Just wanted you to know.

I often cut most of the fat off before cooking a steak rare. Eating raw fat is a game changer!
This may help those who feel overwhelmed after eating a lot of fat.
It's not the fat that's the problem. It's the denatured, rendered hot fat that can cause some issues in individuals.
You'll find you won't need to drink as much water too, as fat, especially raw, will help your body to make more of its own metabolic water!
