Surviving Off Grid 🌲
Hi and welcome to our channel.
In 2016 we sold everything and bought 25 acres of bush that was twice logged.
There was no laneway, no water, only a leftover mess from the loggers. Over the years trees have slowly grown back and logging trails have disappeared.
We garden and preserve food to get through the long winter months. We love mushroom hunting as well as foraging for a variety of herbal and medicinal plants. We enjoy cutting our own firewood and milling our own lumber. Our only source of heat is an old wood stove. Our goal in life is to live off grid and to be self-sufficient. We continue to work hard and play hard to achieve our dreams and goals.
