Do you struggle with COMPARISON? Comparison is the thief of happiness and pride.
It can cause us to feel jealous or inferior & low vibe emotions👎
THANKFULLY there is a way around this! 🥰
We can turn these emotions into something POSITIVE if we pay attention to that internal narrative😀
Next time you feel the comparison come into your mind:🧠
1️⃣ LISTEN TO IT without judgement. OBSERVE your thoughts.
2️⃣ Then, CHOOSE how you want to react. Instead of “I am so far behind” or “my body will never look like hers” INSTEAD swap the thoughts for “if she made it possible, I can, too!” Or “I admire what I am seeing, and I’ll take this as an indicator or what I desire for myself.”
3️⃣THEN TAKE MASSIVE ACTION.
Our emotions are simply SIGNALS and OPPORTUNITIES to get to know ourselves on a deeper level!🤗

The sooner you give up the idea that you're going to be PERFECT every single day of your fitness journey... the sooner you can FORGIVE yourself and move forward 💖
Consistency does NOT mean acting the same way every day... MEN reset every 24 hours. Women reset every ~28 days!
Some days showing up for yourself means protein shakes and HIIT training! 🏋️♂️ Or gentle yoga with pilates on the floor. Even possibly, others involve a heating pad and some dark chocolate 🤗
PROGRESS > PERFECTION! The key is that you KEEP GOING 🥰
