As many of you know, starting with the ServiceNow Xanadu release, there has been a major shift! They introduced 'Data Visualization' under Platform Analytics, bringing us a brand-new, modern way to build reports. 📊✨
Two years ago, I uploaded a video in my 'ServiceNow System Administrator' playlist titled "Unveiling the Secrets of ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboard." In that video, I walked you through the step-by-step process of building reports from scratch using the classic Report Designer.
However, I realized recently that the old designer has changed significantly since Xanadu! As I’ve said before, it is my responsibility to keep this playlist up-to-date for the thousands of you watching daily from all over the world. 🌍
