Hello! How is everyone doing?! ¡¿Hola Como estan?! We are starting the week out in the garden, cleaning and preparing for plantings. Roses are not waiting! Had to show you Teasing Georgia rose she’s doing amazing. Took a video of Ambrose this morning looking at this rose I shared it as a short so yall can see it. Its huge! 😄🌼💚 We will have videos soon! Texas Primrose has been blooming for weeks now. A few are planted under roses since last spring. They didn’t do much last year but this time around the TX Primrose has tripled in size and filled with blooms. Now that they are established they should bloom till first frost. The yellow looks like sunshine under the roses I’m loving this plant so much. A little something I wanted to share while I’m out cleaning up the garden and planting a few flowers. Merry Christmas!
Christmas morning we sang Happy Birthday to Jesus! Had our hot coco while others had their coffee. Brisket was done ready to bring in after being smoked all night. Played games, listened to music while house smelled of so many goodies. We even enjoyed watching the Spurs win. Go Spurs go! 🙌🏽😂 Oh ya we opened our presents and watched our kiddos smile. We had our walk through the garden, planning for next year and smelling the December rose blooms. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! 🎄 ✝️💚💚💚💚💚💚

Feeling pretty! So grabbed Ambrose for a pic! 😄 We were headed out to our daughter’s Christmas concert 🎺. So Hi! It’s been a while! Even though there’s no snow we are feeling the holiday cheer. Weather has been beautiful in San Antonio it’s like a second spring and we have been enjoying the garden. We have taken it slow, no videos lately. We needed a break this last move was a rough one and we just needed some time to adjust to our new life. We have been spending lots of time as a family, kids are growing fast and we don’t want to miss any of it. Sometimes turning off the camera is a must. We also had somethings to really think about and make decisions on. Gardening! Has been a blast here and we can’t wait to get back to making videos. Lots to share with everyone. Thank you to those who have continued to support us and a big welcome to those new to the channel. Not sure when we will have a video out, you can find us on Instagram or Facebook. On November 10, 1775, a Corps of Marines was created by a resolution of the Continental Congress. Since that day many thousand men have borne the name Marine. In memory of them it is fitting that we who are Marines should commemorate the birthday of our Corps by calling to mind the glories of its long and illustrious history. I have two birthdays each year, one that was given to me and one that was earned. To all who have earned the right to be called a Marine I say Happy Birthday Marine. For 250 years, Marines have been on the frontlines protecting the very freedoms we enjoy today and will continue to do so in the air, on land, and sea and if you happen to look on Heavens scenes; you will find the streets are guarded by United States Marines. 🇺🇸

Step out of your box, there might be something amazing waiting for you. This weekend has been very inspirational. Stepped away from one passion to another passion. We heard a speech this weekend that rocked our core. Not from a gardener but from a singer “Get your hands dirty drop the screens get out of your garage or your little room and get obsessed with something get passionate. We all want to share in what you might create.” -JackWhite White Stripes As I get older I move away from the screen, I have to so I can live and experience the things I love and then I can come back and share my passion with others who also are in search of inspiration. This world moves so fast and if you don’t share in an instant you get lost but I don’t let that bother me. What we share comes from our hearts it’s a passion and obsession of gardening because gardening has been there for our entire family through hard times and great times that become beautiful memories. You don’t need much to creat what you want, it all starts from nothing to something small and it grows. Just like the seeds we plant and explode into these beautiful flowers that make us smile and give to nature. This speech I listened to ended with God and it made me so happy. My garden is my church where I go and pray and listen. How do you share what you love so much if you live in fear of sharing where it comes from because you might not get likes?! I can’t. I love gardening and always will, I want to share our obsession with the world because I know how good it is for everyone. Not long ago life took us to a place where we never thought we would be and met with so many who are in search of belonging. We shared what we know, a flower and it lit their faces with hope. Everyone has a green thumb that’s what I want everyone to know! It’s a gift that is there waiting to be found if you haven’t found it yet. If you are still reading thank you. I can’t wait to get my hands dirty! So let’s step out who cares if you got all the right or wrong materials to garden.
