I haven't received my own samples from when I ordered them in July and made an inquiry as to what's going on. Here's the update I received from them! Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions following our recent platform transition, some orders—including yours—have been delayed longer than we would typically expect. I completely understand how frustrating this has been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
While we don’t have a set ETA at the moment, we are actively working with our new print partners to get fully caught up and move outstanding orders through production as quickly as possible. I’ll continue to monitor your orders [redacted] & [redacted] and keep you updated on any changes.

Heads up! No video this week. The video draft is done, but I'm far too exhausted to do the finishing touches (husband's TSW flare has been going on for months), so I think I will take a bit of a breather.
However, new flutes just arrived from Flute Center! So I'll be doing a livestream on **Thurs, July 24 @ 2pm** to review and play with all of them! It'll be a long one because I need to get these lovelies back to Flute Center soon, so I hope you guys are ready!! :D 🪈🪈🎶
