According to Acharya Charaka....mansanumaasika garbhini paricharya,
1.first month....milk without boil or mix with medicine.
2.second month...ksheer madhura aushadh siddham.
3.third month....milk with madhu and sarpi
4.fourth month...milk with butter(makkhan)
5.fifth month ....milk with ghee
