I've been working so hard on our upcoming recipe ebook that I didn't manage to get a video up for this weekend. We've been testing all the recipes one final time and taking pictures and I am SO HAPPY with how it is turning out. I'm confident this will be one of the tastiest (and healthiest) plant based cook books out there!  

BTW, thanks for all the support on last weeks video! '5 Rules To Live By For Ultimate Health' turned out to be one of my best performing videos in a long time. Thank you for that, I am always paying attention and taking notes on what videos you all like to see

We don't have a final date for the recipe ebook yet, but I will let you all know when it is out. It's going to be soon!

I hope you are all having a good weekend! Sorry no upload this weekend as life has threw a few too many challenges at me this week that has kept me busy, but I'm getting through it and just taking one step at a time. I'll spare you the details but I just wanted you all to know, it's not just because I'm lazy. 🤣 I've got some great video ideas coming up and feel like I have come out of that winter funk that I was in. I feel motivated and want to help, share ideas and inspire more than ever before! Let's raise the collective health of this world! Thanks everyone for the continued support.

Our family grew by 2 furry members this year and we are having so much fun watching them grow up together. There is something so pure about the playful joy of kittens.
