Le regalo esta flor a tu alma, para recordarle que es hermosa, sutil y delicada, llena de color, perfume y una fuerza que siempre la sostiene...

A veces me despierto en la noche porque mis guías me piden escribir algo en concreto, y hoy es el caso; quiero hablarte del valor propio

Ya te conté que esto me toca mucho por la energía que atravesamos. Mi Venus natal está en el ojo del huracán con eclipse, conjunciones de Quirón, tránsitos de nodos y Mercurio R.

Ahora tengo mi retorno venusino con todos ellos encima que me recuerdan "revisa tu valor y merecimiento". Gracias a esta información, vengo haciendo mi trabajo personal y te lo comparto porque quizás te sirva

¿Cuál es tu valor? ¿Qué merecés? ¿Te sentís dign@ de recibir y de ser? ¿Sabías que tu valor no depende de lo que tenés o hacés? ¿Ni de lo que dicen otros?

Confundimos lo que es el valor propio y, cuando aparecen desafíos externos, caemos en la trampa de pensar que no somos suficientes o no tenemos talentos o habilidades, nos comparamos con otros y nos minimizamos, frustramos, etc.

Pero la vida ayuda a recordar que soy y seré siempre valiosa, independientemente de lo que suceda afuera, que tengo virtudes increíbles y que el enfoque debe estar en quién quiero ser a cada instante

Te comparto frases que me llegaron para reforzar mi valor porque tal vez necesites escucharlas:

"No te rechazaron, Dios escondió tu valor de personas que no están asignadas a tu destino" (Jamie)

"O entras en tu historia y te adueñas de tu verdad, o vives fuera de tu historia prostituyendo tu valor" (Brené)

"Tu valor propio no depende de un Sí o un No" (KK)

"No te alzas en lo que crees que es posible, caes en lo que crees que mereces" (Jamie)

"Te veo, te escucho. Y lo que dices importa" (Oprah)

"Así como te amas a ti mism@ es como le enseñas a otros a amarte" (Rupi)

"Tu valor no es de este mundo". Esta frase me la susurraron mis guías un día que me sentía mal

El valor de nuestra alma no puede medirse ni pesarse porque no pertenece a este plano material
