Howdy everyone!

It's been a hot minute, hasn't it? There's a whole lot of reasons as to why I stopped posting here, but, to put it simply, I mostly just got very burned out when it comes to art in general.

I believe I posted too much, and ended up setting unrealistic expectations for myself. I can't just shoot out art like I used to, unfortunately, but I'm still relatively active on my Twitter account, so it's not like I've stopped entirely.

I don't believe I'll ever truly be returning to this channel. The time period it was active was filled with a lot of bad memories and feelings, and I don't really associate myself with the person I was back then either.

That said, I do plan on making more animations in the future, just at a much slower pace and hopefully with more polish. When the time comes, I'll make a video of all the WIPs I've discarded and a link to the new channel.

I'll be back someday, at my own pace.

Also, I've recently noticed that certain videos belonging to other people have comments trying to defend my original animation memes (most commonly Sing Me To Sleep) as the 'real' or 'first' original. As much as I appreciate that people feel the need to defend me, it's really not necessary.

I do not own the song, nor do I own the concept. Every 'original' version is just that - original. I think it's wonderful that several people can independently come up with ideas to animate a song to, and no one should be dissuaded from doing that just because someone else beat them to it.

Anyway, that's my late night ramble over. I hope all of you are doing well, and I hope to see you all again in the future ^^ <3
