Sutradhar Marathi is a channel dedicated to Marathi language content based on stories from ancient Indian epics (Mahabharata and Ramayana) and other literature (Bhagwat Purana, Shiva Purana, Markandeya Purana, Ganesha Purana, Harivamsha Purana, Garuda Purana, Padma Purana, Skanda Purana etc.) and various regional folktales.
The idea is to propagate Indian cultural values among people through these stories and also spread awareness about ancient scriptures and other great Sanskrit literature from the past.

Some facts about Bhagwan Dattatrey on his Jayanti today.
1. Once Tridev decided to test Devi Anusuya. On passing the test she asked for the Tridev to be born as her son. As a result of that boon Bhagwan Dattatrey was born.
2. When Maharaj Ayu, son of Pururava and Urvashi, was not having a child, he visited the ashram of Bhagwan Dattatrey and served him for many years. As a result an illustrious son Nahusha was born.
3. Kartvirya Arjuna was one of most powerful kings of the Haihaya dynasty. He even defeated Ravan. Kartvirya was a devotee of Bhagwan Dattatrey and received multiple boons from him including the boon of 1000 arms.
4. After Bhagwan Parashuram's encounter with Shriram, he became a disciple of Bhagwan Dattatrey and learned from him.
5. Bhagwan Dattatrey acquired knowledge from observing nature through various elements and creatures.
