* How old am I? I’m 40.

* Where am I from? I’m Panamanian-American.

* Do I have kids? Yes, I have two sons.

* How long have I been meditating for? Every day for about 10 years now.

* Do I teach meditation or offer a masterclass on how to learn to meditate? Not yet, but I am working on something very exciting that I will be sharing here with you all very soon. ;)
