Our chapter members had an AMAZING time at the NARPM Southern States Conference in #Nashville! So many amazing property managers from 11 states (if I remember correctly), including some representation from our incredible local Charlotte Chapter! (Julie, Jan, Sherkica, & Jennifer...hope I didn’t leave anyone out) and Debbie! (Thank you Jan!!)
My brain 🧠 is pumping with some new ideas 💡 presented by the ones that have been in this business for a very long time (#changeisgood), new vendors that we are looking into, and talking to the representatives of the current vendors we use...just amazing! Not to mention all the speakers 🎤 that took their time to come out and talk about what they know best!
And a special THANK YOU to FilterEasy, Propertyware, PointCentral, and Property Meld for hosting the fun rooftop event on Thursday night! Alexandra Hurlman...thank you...so much fun!
The Nashville views were beautiful, downtown on a Wednesday and Thursday night reminded me of Spring Break 🙈🙉🙊😂 and I had a blast!
Great music 🎵, great food 🥘, great 🍻 and great people! THANK YOU!!

If you haven’t been to a NARPM Conference...YOU MUST GO!!! See you in Phoenix??!! You WILL walk away with an amazing experience and incredible information to help your business! This was my 2nd conference since 2013 (trying to figure out why I haven’t been to more 🤦♀️) and I’m certainly looking forward to more!
