I’m a mom of 4 and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with extensive training and experience. I’ve been practicing and studying yoga for over 20 years and teaching actively since 2009. In 2014 I founded Whole Sky Yoga in Stone Ridge, NY where I continue to teach virtually and in person every week in the community I hold dear. I love to write, read, stay active - and strive to stay optimistic in this crazy world! I’m also Development Director at a nature, history & arts nonprofit.
