برص کے لیے ہلدی کا تیل،
ھوالشافی :
ہلدی 500 گرام، کوٹ کر رات کو 8 کلو پانی میں بھگودیں صبح کے وقت آگ پر رکھ کر پکائیں جب 7 کلو پانی جل کر صرف 1 کلو باقی رہے تو اس میں 500 گرام سرسوں کا تیل ملا کر دوبارہ پکائیں جب تمام پانی جل کر صرف تیل رہ جائے تو آگ سے اتار کر چھان لیں اور کسی شیشی میں ڈال کر رکھ لیں
طریقہ استعمال :
اس تیل کو صبح و شام داغوں پر لگایا کریں اس کے چند روز استعمال سے برص کے داغ دور ہوکر سکن جلد نیچرل ہوجاتی ہیں‪@tahir_reviews‬
