While it may look like I've been fairly inactive over the past few years, I've actually uploaded a ton of unlisted videos for a good reason: I've been collecting Melee single-player TAS world records!

The linked video is my Ness Break The Targets record, achieved in December 2020. It beat the old record from 2011 by 3 frames thanks to three separate optimizations; one near the beginning, one more in the middle, and one at the end. Ness' stage is one of one 3 that are longer than 10 seconds.

"Which of these DLC charaters were you the most hyped for when it was announced that they would be in Smash?"

Note that this isn't about their gameplay, just about how excited you were when the reveal trailer dropped.

I'm running a Smash Ultimate DLC Reveal Hype Bracket on twitter (twitter.com/PracticalTAS/status/145599917392967681…) to determine which character got the most people hyped to see them in Smash, and I thought I might as well bring it to youtube too. There was a pretty clear top 5, so I'll just throw them all in one poll here.

Youtube didn't really recommend this video to the people that usually watch my videos, so I can only conclude that there's a conspiracy out there that's trying to keep me down...or you're all just back in school now.
