- iFun ScreenRecorder for screen recording
- FireAlpaca, MedibangPro, MsPaint for drawing
- Windows built-in editor or VSDC(rarely) for video editing

If you feel unwell, take a break. Doesn't matter for how long. Your mental health is important.
Don't worry about social media, focus on your real life struggles.
If you are worried about the stuff, it will be good. Things will slowly go well, work on it and be patient.
