2022 has been a phenomenal year, rough, tough, capacity building, mental development. breaking new grounds, laying destiny foundations. Thank God for 2022 it was indeed a year of stretching.
2nd to the last day @ Gateway International Impact Conference January 6th, 2023. Papa George Izunwa advice all ministers to fine and focus on 3 major areas in their ministry that they expect maximum growth, right there and then i decided on three new skills I would love to focus on 2023 and master.
1. Video Production
2. Video Editing
3. Communication
I know, if I do well in these areas it will affect both my ministry and career as a teacher and a creator. I knew the journey won't be easy but I chose to go through it, I understood my weaknesses as a Sanguine, so I took some steps to protect myself from quiting the journey half way.
1. Invest in books to carry me through the year, minimum 2 books a month
2. Ask the Holy Spirit for Grace to remain focus and consistent.
3. Adopt Focus and Consistency as part of my core values
4. Choose accountability partners
4. Attend at list 3 conferences outside my city to reposition me with like minded people and different environment.
5. Focus on growth not on goal.
6. Enjoy the process
7. Set small goals
8. Reward myself for little progress
9. Be more productive and time conscious
10. Be grateful to God for the progress.
How do I examine if am making progress?
1. Create a YouTube Channel
2.Produce 100 videos and tutorials in 6 month
3. Edit all of it myself.
4. Be able to communicate clearly without repeating words.
Seriously meeting these goals comes with challenges and pain, but I know success at all level comes with challenges. so is time to dive into deep sea, I just hope I can come out alive and strong.
