Hypnosis, Guided Meditation & Sleep Hypnosis
Hypnosis changed my life and my wife's life. Before we met, we both struggled with areas of our lives, not finding the personal success we were looking for. Once we realized that the power to shift the world around us, begins with the world inside us, profound changes happened rapidly. Separately, we both made individual accomplishments that lead to us meeting each other, getting married and professionally working together. And we have so much fun!
We are passionate about assisting other people to make the same strides to improve the quality of their life, like we did with ours.
Hypnosis is not "relinquishing your power to someone else." It's you taking control of your own mind, rather than your mind controlling you. It's also easy. All you deserve to do is sit back, listen and you'll discover profound relaxation and empowerment to achieve your desired goals.

Youâre healing. Youâre journaling.
Youâre drinking mushroom tea and writing love letters to your inner child.
And then...
Someone cuts you off in traffic and your
soul momentarily leaves your body to whisper,
âRam their car. But gently. With love.â
And you think,
âWait! I thought I was past this?â
Letâs set the record straight:
Healing doesnât mean you donât get pissed anymore.
It means your anger isnât running the show.
But it is allowed to view the show.
Maybe not in the audience of the theater.
But at home on the couch, streaming it.
And yes, there is such a thing as sacred anger.
Itâs not chaos.
Itâs clarity.
Itâs the part of you that says,
âNo. Actually, thatâs not okay.
And Iâm not swallowing it for the sake of âpeace.ââ
Youâre not failing your evolution because you still fantasize
about throat-punching someone in line at Whole Foods.
Youâre human.
And just because youâve read The Four Agreements
doesnât mean you have to be impeccable with your silence.
So the next time you start to feel like Bruce Banner
going sideways in an anger management classâŠ
Donât shove the anger down.
Donât shame it away.
Just donât hand it the mic at Thanksgiving Dinner.
Youâre allowed to feel it, honor it, and still choose a response
that doesnât require bail money or karmic cleanup.
Because healing isnât perfection.
Itâs presence.
Itâs discernment.
Itâs learning to let your anger speak the truth
without turning your life into another sequel to John Wick.

If I can offer one person hope todayâŠ
If I can say something, post something, create something â or even just reply â in a way that lets one human being feel seenâŠ
Feel understood.
Feel like itâs going to be OK.
Feel like things can even get radically betterâŠ
Then Iâve done what I came here to do.
Thatâs my goal. Every day. Iâm here for you. Youâve got this.

Maybe something happened recently.
A moment that set you back.
An interaction gone sideways.
A plan that crashed when you thought it would glide.
Now youâre holding a cosmic cocktail:
one part anger,
one part frustration,
two parts hurt,
four parts hopelessness.
Itâs a Long Island Iced Tea of Low Vibration.
You're allowed to feel that.
Finish the drink â it's on the house.
But you donât have to order another.
Or go on a bender of negative emotion.
Moments like this do define us.
Some people retreat into âpoor me.â
They camp out in victimhood,
pointing at everyone and everything else as the reason theyâre stuck.
Others â they alchemize it.
They look at the moment,
not to relive it â but to learn from it.
To honor the part of them that tried.
That believed.
That expected the world to meet them halfwayâŠ
and got a brick wall and a laugh track instead.
But instead of spiraling,
they hand the pain a mirror.
Ask it what itâs here to reveal.
And use that as fuel.
Maybe thatâs you.
Maybe todayâs the day you stop asking âWhy me?â
and start asking âWhat now?â
Not because itâs easy.
Or maybe it is â easier than you thought.
Either way, it happens because something in you is willing:
To rise.
To revise.
To respond with something new
â by becoming someone new.
Not another round of the same self-pity hangover.
But a comeback.
From perceived victim of circumstanceâŠ
to a victor over your old self.
Thatâs when youâre buying the next round â
and raising a glass to your own damn growth.
Not from ego â but from reverence.
Because youâre better offâŠ
not because life got easier â
but because you met it differently.

đ The shift isnât always in what you do.
Sometimes itâs in how you hold it.
Because when your relationship to something changesâ
the thing itself doesnât have to.
You do.
The job might still demand.
The relationship might still stretch you.
The challenge might still show up.
But youâre no longer meeting it from fear, obligation, or survival.
You stopped gripping it like itâs life or death.
You stopped shrinking to fit it.
You made space inside yourself to hold it differently.
Thatâs the shift.
Not always a new circumstance.
But a new stance.
So ask yourself:
Where am I still holding life with clenched fists -
when open hands - and an open mind -
would serve me better?
