Hypnosis changed my life and my wife's life. Before we met, we both struggled with areas of our lives, not finding the personal success we were looking for. Once we realized that the power to shift the world around us, begins with the world inside us, profound changes happened rapidly. Separately, we both made individual accomplishments that lead to us meeting each other, getting married and professionally working together. And we have so much fun!
We are passionate about assisting other people to make the same strides to improve the quality of their life, like we did with ours.

If you are fan and follower of@NicholasWrightHypnotherapy, I am sorry to say he passed recently after a challenging two year battle with cancer. I didn't know Nick very well, but we had connected a while back. We exchanged messages, then became friends on social media, keeping up with each other's goings on. It was a joy to meet someone through what we do on YouTube, then get to them even more outside the world of hypnosis and content creation. Nick was a gifted creator here on YouTube and a talented hypnotist. His legacy, among his family, will be that he benefited many people's lives through his talents. Maybe you keep swearing you’re gonna start meditating… but somehow TikTok’s algorithm knows you better than your own mind.
You’re like: “Sure, I’ll meditate… right after I finish this 4-hour binge of people power-washing driveways in 4K.”
We act like meditation requires a Himalayan cave, a $400 cushion, and the latest app that claims it’s programmed by the brain waves of 500 of the world’s quietest Monks.
But here’s the thing: meditation is the hardest easiest thing.
Hard, because the mind insists you’re “wasting time.” Easy, because sitting still for ten minutes is literally the lowest bar for enlightenment ever invented.
And when you finally commit? The static clears. The mind lets go. You stop living like a squirrel gathering acorns to pay off a student loan with interest compounded daily.
Do it daily, even badly. Five minutes becomes ten. Ten becomes twenty. Twenty becomes presence.
Because meditation doesn’t make life perfect. It just makes you impossible to rattle.
And suddenly, even your boss’s drama can’t shake your peace.
