At Thrive, we empower young people with diverse needs to achieve their career aspirations, whether that’s entering the workforce or pursuing further education. We provide accessible, inspiring information about career paths, deliver tailored programmes to help develop essential skills, and connect young people with inclusive employers who value diversity.
Diverse needs include young people living in poverty, lacking emotional or social support, having Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND), struggling in education, missing key GCSE passes in English and Maths, or those at risk of becoming NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training).
Through our partnerships with forward-thinking organisations, we create opportunities that break down barriers and build brighter futures for all. At Thrive, we believe every young person deserves the tools, skills, and connections to succeed in life, no matter their circumstances.
Thrive - Careers Support for Unique Journeys
You Can’t Be What You Can’t See. Representation Matters.
In the UK, only about 29% of autistic adults are employed, compared to approximately 53% of all disabled people and 82% of non-disabled people*.
At Thrive, we believe that seeing is believing. That's why we collaborate with inclusive employers to showcase real stories of young people with diverse needs who have overcome barriers to succeed in their chosen careers.
Through our live employer engagement events, these inspiring individuals share their journeys, providing relatable role models and demonstrating that neurodiverse young people can thrive in any industry.
Representation isn't just important—it's essential. When young people see others like them achieving their goals, it ignites confidence and ambition. Together, we're building a future where every young person, regardless of their needs, can envision and realise their potential.
Join us in championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Let's create opportunities where everyone can see themselves succeed.
