The second course offered in this series is Improving Performance of Business Operations which starts 18th June 2020.
This course will challenge traditional management thinking and providing a holistic approach to measuring and improving business operations.
Delegates will learn new skills and approaches for understanding and transforming their organisation, leading to an enhanced service, reduction in costs, and improved morale.
The course will be delivered by senior academics from the University of Derby and are offered as a mix of 'live' tutor-led sessions and self-paced learning content.
