The Halloween City Holiday Decoration Dies are not only for decorating the original City Holiday building.
For this new card, I used the small ghosts, pumpkins, bats, spiderwebs, skeleton, bones, and spooky eyes to build a complete die-cut pattern around a gold foiled sentiment.
I also changed the traditional Halloween palette and used Chiffon, Saffron, Brushed Black, Mirror Gold, and white cardstock.
The Mirror Gold layer behind the pumpkins reflects the light and makes the carved faces appear to glow.
