i've been working on this edit on & off in between my day job, editing short form videos, and living life. before we knew it 6 months had passed since we filmed lol oops!!!
it took me longer than expected to study other long form videos, pare down all our content so things were concise yet hopefully interesting, getting the look & feel right etc. i feel like since we're new to long-form, i'm still trying to figure out our style, so let us know what you think :)

we attended the launch event of the "Jang" cookbook by Chef Mingoo Kang who is the chef & owner of Mingles (2 michelin) in Seoul. I went there to visit a few years ago!!! it was a very memorable & cozy experience, and musashi has been eyeing this book since it was announced!! can't wait to get into it.
