We baked these yesterday and they disappeared fast 🍪
These chocolate dipped shortbread cookies are crisp, buttery, and finished with flaky salt. Simple, classic, and very dangerous to keep around.

This weekend we tried something new…
We made mini panettone entirely by hand, no stand mixer this time 😅💪
It took some effort, but honestly… it was so worth it. They came out better than we expected. Soft, fluffy, warm… everything you want in a holiday bake 🎄
And of course… we shared a few with our French neighbors here at the campground. Nothing brings people together like fresh panettone 🤎
