I'm posting the beginnings of my surrender journey... and restarting it!

Join me for 31+ days of surrender via prayer and reflection.

I decided to bring this into this space because I need the accountability and I want to share my heart with women who get it or who need to see that other women are praying about the things they desire and struggle with too

May this Surrender Novena bring us into deeper communio with ourselves and with God as we learn to trust in His beautiful and bountiful timing and unfolding

May we learn to let go of the things we can't control yet still do our part (pour out our hearts to God in approval of our experience and not in shame)

We change because of Love, not because we are judging or forcing something to not be true about us

Can’t Sleep Tonight? Read This Before You Try Again

Hey love,

If you’re still awake — overthinking, scrolling, or just not ready to close your eyes — take a deep breath with me.

I get it. Sometimes, the body stays awake because there's an underlying feeling of "it doesn’t feel safe yet."

Sometimes, it's just a thought that you didn't do enough today to have "earned" rest. So you're somehow trying to get something, anything, done to feel accomplished and worthy of that rest.

You don’t have to fix anything tonight.
You don’t have to earn sleep.

Place a hand on your chest and a hand over your womb-space/ wherever feels natural and tell yourself:

“It’s okay to rest now. I’m safe in Love. God is holding what I can’t.”


Let your breath deepen and slow down.
Let your heart remember: you’re not alone.

Peace is already here — you’re just being invited to notice it. 🤍
