I myself suffering from Anterior Pelvis Tilt, thoracic kyphosis and forward head posture imbalance. I read, research and share exercises which I have been doing suggested my physioterapistand by personal trainer. There won’t be any video for click bait. I love to perform new exercises for same muscle to avoid getting bored of same exercises.

I felt much better after hiking today. If you have swayback posture, try uneven hilly areas and see difference yourswlf because brain trains your muscles again for balance and stability. Though I got temporary relief in my lower back pain. I am yet to see long term impact.
