Final Act of the Year. What is it going to hold for you?

It is often believed we supercharge the last three months as we are looking back to the year and measuring how far we've been able to come. Remember setting goals and vision boards for the year. Did I come close to any of the fifty things I set out to do this year? Sometimes being too harsh on ourselves.

A friend texted me yesterday saying she is Proud of me... Something we often choose to not feel for ourselves.
- You got that big promotion - you should feel proud
- You daring to bet on yourself - you should feel proud
- You not saying Yes to everything - you should feel proud

Feeling proud...so different from pride. To pause and reflect. And see how far you've come. See what lessons have been learnt. What more you've learnt about yourself? And what have you been ignoring?

Let October be a mirror. 🪞
And a mirror doesn't need to show the cracks...it can show the scars, the smiles, the joy 😊
