Namaste, I'm Suchi. I discovered Meditation and truly fell in love with it in 2020 through the pandemic. I would think meditation is about having an empty mind and staying still. If you ask my mother, she would say that's not possible. But the more I studied, the more I realised, meditation is not about being still and serious, it's about being present, being conscious and being open to what comes next. Whatever it might be. Just welcoming everything. I feel honoured and humbled to share my practice with you.

There's something about Christmas markets, music, mulled wine and the coziness it brings 🍷✨
As the year comes to a close, it asks us to reflect on the journey. The distance traveled. The lessons learnt. The questions asked. The silence heard.
