September is suicide prevention awareness month.

This is a topic most people don’t even wanna hear about. It’s a big taboo topic and that’s a huge problem. It should be talked about more often because avoiding talking about it, won’t make it stop from happening. In fact it only makes it worse.

Please let’s take a moment to appreciate every person who stayed alive and honor the one’s who couldn’t make it.

Also in honor of suicide prevention month I ask all of you to check on your loved ones and show them that you care about them. Sometimes that’s all it needs to save a persons life <3

And in case you need to hear it right now:
You matter, you are loved and I see you. Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out when you need help or just someone to talk. Even if you don’t know anyone you could talk to, my dm,s are always open on Pinterest, Insta and TikTok!
