Lets talk about the dollar's current scenario from a technical analysis perspective.
I will keep it concise:
1. The dollar has been finding base in our FFCP support zone which I shared earlier. It bounced and from there and is still above the breakout trend line. This zone is crucial support.
2. The DXY (Dollar Index) could be forming an inverted Head and Shoulders pattern. I personally do not trade it but there is no harm in having a look at it along with other things on a chart.
3. Most recent high was around 100.390. If that gets broken and confirmed, then there is a vey good chance the the US dollar will start rising swiftly towards 106.83 level with intermediate targets along the way in its own time.
4. It can take its own time, so there is no time window associated.
