The Government of Punjab has initiated a new era of public convenience and transparency by completely abolishing the centuries-old “yellow stamp paper” system. Through this initiative by the Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA), citizens no longer need to visit banks or government offices repeatedly.
Official Implementation:
This new system has been enforced across Punjab starting March 10, 2026. Its primary objectives are to eliminate fraud at its roots, safeguard government revenue, and empower citizens to access services from home.

Introduction
The Government of Punjab has taken a landmark initiative under the PULSE Project to computerize Patwari Latha (revenue maps).
As a result, landowners can now locate their land parcels online, directly on official digital maps—without visiting revenue offices.

What Has Changed
Traditionally, khasra numbers and land maps were maintained manually by Patwaris. Under the PULSE Project:
• Revenue maps are being digitized
• Khasra numbers are mapped on GIS-based cadastral maps
• Land parcels can be visually identified online
This system is gradually being implemented across Punjab.

How to Locate Your Khasra Number Online
Follow these simple steps:
Open the official portal:
lis.pulse.gop.pk/
1. From the dropdown menus, select:
o Division
o District
o Tehsil
o Mauza
2. Once the map loads, go to the right-side menu
3. Click on “Cadastral Maps”
4. Zoom in on the map
5. You will now be able to view all khasra numbers of your Mauza and easily locate your land parcel

If Your Khasra Numbers Are Not Visible
• First, check your internet speed
• If the map still does not load khasra data, it means:
o Digitization work for your Mauza is currently in progress
o Your khasra numbers will be available online very soon
This rollout is happening in phases.

Connection With Green Property Certificate
You may have heard about the Green Property Certificate.
Once your Patwari Latha (revenue map) is computerized under the PULSE Project:
• You become eligible to apply for the Green Property Certificate
• After due verification, your land parcel will be marked green on the digital map
