Regarding recent concerns with our customer service, Thermaltake would like to provide an update on the situation. First, we apologize this was the experience that was received, this is not up to Thermaltake’s quality standards. We value our customers and appreciate the alertness from our community to inform us when something is not right.


Today, we are taking steps to review what occurred, coordinate with our support team members and managers to provide more training on communication, escalation requests and policy when working with our customers. We value our customers and take this very seriously.


Management is in contact with the customer to help with the parts for the product free of charge for the situation.


Our team will be reflecting on this internally and investigating support requests to help assure our customers are receiving the proper support they deserve. We would appreciate anyone with a Thermaltake product that has had an issue in the past with warranty requests, parts or service to contact us at customercare@thermaltakeusa.com.
