Full mic’d up, raw session. Chatting you through every movement as I train. Be ready for that one uploading tomorrow.
Also just want to say thank you to everyone that supports the channel. It’s truly amazing. I’m so grateful to know that I can post and people will engage, comment, and enjoy what I’m putting out. Means a lot.

The next Lean & Capable Newsletter drops Monday 8:00AM EST. This one is on fasting, specifically the exact protocol I use every day to stay lean without obsessing over calories. The 16-8 window. Why the timing matters more than most people realise. What it actually does to your body. And how to start without making it harder than it needs to be. If you've been curious about fasting but don't know where to start — or you've tried it and it didn't stick, this one's for you. Link to join is here: leancapable.com/
Most of you guys are most likely overcomplicating your diet.
Tracking every macro, buying supplements you don’t need, and stressing about meal timing. Meanwhile the guys who actually stay lean year round are doing something far simpler… Video dropping tomorrow breaking it all down.
Picked up a Holden Rodeo. No more being tied to one spot. This thing opens up a whole new chapter for the channel, remote training, camping, and showing what it actually looks like to build a strong, capable body without a gym in sight.

Genuinely curious. Whether it’s mindset, health, business, philosophy, fiction, whatever’s got your attention lately. I think we all sleep on how much a good book can shift your perspective, and I’d rather we share what’s actually working than just go off algorithm recommendations.
One of my goals this year was less screen time, more books. So far it’s been one of the better decisions I’ve made.
Currently making my way through The Dip by Seth Godin on audio. It’s a short one but the idea hit me. Basically, between starting something and being great at it, there’s a period where everything feels like it’s not working. That’s the dip. Most people quit right there. Godin’s point is that the best people aren’t the ones who never quit, they’re the ones who know what’s worth pushing through and what to walk away from fast.
Really simple concept but it reframes how you look at hard periods. Would love to build a bit of a reading list from the comments. Drop what you’re into and let’s see what comes up.
