For those of you who haven’t seen the Union Pacific 4014 big boy. Since June 4 it departed west Chicago and it came passing through wheaton and it’s heading to the northeast. It was so awesome that I finally capture Union Pacific 4014 and it was very rare and so hard to capture the big boy Union Pacific 4014.

Good morning guys, I want to give an update on the palisades mall at the center court elevators. The elevators 4, 5, 6, and 7 all have been modernized by excel traction, they used to be former Montgomery KONE traction elevators but now it became excel traction. The next bank they’re going to modernized the east bank or the West Bank. Somebody has mentioned about the east bank elevators number 10 and 11 need to be modernized because the YouTuber says, “Elevators 10 and 11 mostly with 10 need to be modernized because the doors stopped working, the roof on the elevator is grinding and it’s almost falling apart and the doors need to be fixed with censor. We’ll let you guys know if we have any more updates coming from the West Bank and the east bank. I’m happy to report that the center court elevators at the Palisades Mall in West Nyack, New York is finished and they’re good to go.

Chicago bears lost the divisional game playoff after the Los Angeles rams got 3 points kickoff.

I’m still happy that Chicago bears played like champions and all the winning games they won. They never gave up, and champions hold their heads high.

I’m still proud of the Chicago bears team, played hard, never give up and always do better.

What a workout today. I ran a 10K in the gym, I felt so much better for going to the gym. I know that I realize that even though the weather is going to start get cold for fall season and I should go to the gym more where it’s warm.

I did my longest workout for outside walk and the outdoor walk is the best for me to go in the spring time. After I got rid of all the junk food, high carbs food and all the sugar and I’ve been eating healthy foods of fruits and vegetables and carb smart foods. The carb smart food that I’ve been having that helps to control the carbs and it helps me to run a lot more now and then these days.

Happy Sunday so just want to remind you guys that for downtown wheaton railfanning I am switching back to the morning hours - afternoon hours. In October it will start getting dark so early around 6PM. In this case, that was the final evening rush hour of railfanning I had but I will be back doing railfanning in downtown wheaton only the morning hours mostly but I’ll see what my plans are.
