Apologies for not getting back to everyone at any point before now. Murphy and my father dearest decided to bequeath upon me the timeless gift of 'daddy issues'. But even better, since I apparently called the Toll-Free Hotline within the first 15 minutes, the quest didn't start until I reached level 36 while I was already starting into the 'Repairing Relationships with your Father-in-Law' questline. Not to brag or anything but I completed the 'Spend $3k on a New Garage Door' questline just before.
I have to admit, I got a little bit ahead of the main questline with this one. It's my first playthrough of the vanilla game so any advice would be much appreciated going forward
