What is PGWP?

Post-Graduate Work Permits (PGWP) are available to international students who complete an eligible education program in Canada. PGWP helps international graduates transition to permanent residence status within a short period.

Some International graduates whose PGWP got expired in 2022 may also be eligible for this new policy.

A refused VISA application is not a rejected visa application..

When a visa application to be refused, it means the visa officer had reviewed the complete application and checked it against the eligibility requirements.

Conversely, a rejected application simply means an incomplete application that was returned back to the applicant. Rejected applications are not assessed against the eligibility requirements. They are not entered into the applicant’s record as a denial.
