Meta Muse does not just want to answer your questions. It wants to manage your schedule, read your email, shop for you, make payments, and store secure credentials.
That sounds convenient, but it also means giving Meta access to even more of your digital life.
During my test, Muse generated incorrect dates, gave itself a rating I never approved, put a random man in the role of the GBRLIFE reviewer, and combined details from two unrelated true-crime cases.
In this week's GBRLIFE Review, I am testing what Meta Muse can actually do and explaining why I gave it a 2 out of 5.
The full Meta Muse review is now available on GBRLIFE and YouTube!
Would you trust Meta Muse with your email, calendar, shopping accounts, payment information, and passwords?

Frances Zaayer had already won.
After more than a year of accusations, surveillance, harassment, and constant calls to the police, Shawna Scott had been arrested, pleaded guilty, and received probation.
If Frances wanted the law to take her side, it already had.
She crossed the street with a gun anyway.
Frances shot Shawna in the face and killed David Scott while he was installing security cameras to protect his family. In the newest episode of GBRLIFE Of Crimes, we examine how a property dispute became a deadly campaign and why winning was never going to satisfy Frances.
Do you believe Frances genuinely saw herself as the victim?
Listen to the new episode on your favorite podcast platform.

Microsoft Copilot is built into the programs many of us already use every day, but does that mean it actually makes working easier?
Sometimes it completed my tasks perfectly.
Other times it gave me errors, created unreadable charts, refused to complete basic requests, or completely froze Excel.
In this week’s GBRLIFE Review, I’m testing Copilot with real workplace tasks and explaining why I ultimately gave it a 2 out of 5.
The full Microsoft Copilot review is now available on GBRLIFE and YouTube!
Has Copilot made your work easier, or do you spend more time babysitting it?

She had no law license.
“Carrie Phenix” was not even her real name.
But with forged wills, fake identities, practiced signatures, and the confidence of someone who looked like she belonged, Caroline Herrling stole nearly $3.9 million from the living and the dead.
When one victim was found dead inside his home, she allegedly kept him alive on paper long enough to take control of his estate.
Carrie received 20 years for fraud.
She was never charged with murder.
The new GBRLIFE of Crimes episode, Carrie Phenix: The Paper Criminal, is now on GBRLIFE and YouTube.
What is more frightening: what she did, or how easy the system made it?

What if an AI could take notes during your meetings without sending an awkward bot into the call? 👀
That is Granola’s biggest promise. It quietly listens through your device, creates organized meeting notes, and even lets you work with different AI models in one place.
But the privacy is not quite as simple as it sounds, and the features that make Granola genuinely useful may cost you $14 a month.
So, is Granola actually worth it?
My full Granola review is now available on GBRLIFE and YouTube!

Her son used a wheelchair, carried oxygen, had a feeding tube, and endured more than 325 medical procedures.
But he was healthy.
Lisa Hayden-Johnson convinced doctors, charities, journalists, and an entire community that her son was seriously ill. Even after prison, she still insists she was only putting him first.
The newest episode of GBRLIFE of Crimes is out now on GBRLIFE and YouTube.
What shocks you more: that she fooled the medical system for so long, or that she still refuses to admit what she did?

She faked an entire pregnancy.
She gained weight, altered medical records, produced fake ultrasounds and celebrated at a baby shower for a child she knew she was not carrying.
But the lie had a due date.
On June 17, 2009, Eleonor Alejandra Marín Mendoza entered the maternity ward of the hospital where she worked. Hours later, she walked out carrying a newborn inside a department-store bag.
Her pregnancy losses were not her fault. The kidnapping was.
My newest episode of GBRLIFE of Crimes examines the psychology between those two truths, the innocent husband who spent more than two years in prison and Mayra Navarro, the mother whose suffering is too often pushed to the edge of Ale’s story.
Eleonor Alejandra Marín Mendoza: The Stolen Newborn is available now on GBRLIFE Transmissions.
Would you have believed Ale’s pregnancy was real?

I tested Routine.co to see if it could actually bring planning, tasks, projects, journaling, calendars, and AI together without becoming another project to manage. 👀
The free plan gives you a surprising amount, but some of the smartest features still require more setup than I expected.
So, is Routine.co the productivity system you’ve been looking for, or is it trying to do too much?
Watch my full review now on GBRLIFE and YouTube to see what I liked, what frustrated me, and why I gave Routine.co a 3.5 out of 5.
Have you tried Routine.co? Let me know what you think!

Eleven years after Dan Markel was murdered, Donna Adelson was still writing.
Sitting in jail and awaiting trial, prosecutors say Donna wrote a question-and-answer script telling another inmate exactly what to say on the witness stand. A forensic handwriting expert identified the pages as Donna’s work with the highest level of certainty her field allows.
Her defense attorney asked that expert nothing.
Not one question.
In my latest episode, I’m examining the murder of Dan Markel, the Adelson family system, and why that handwritten script may reveal more about Donna’s methods than almost any other evidence in the case.
“Donna Adelson: The Family Fixer” is available now on GBRLIFE and YouTube.
The companion post, “She Was Still Writing,” is also available on GBRLIFE.com.
