What’s your favourite fretboard wood type? A darker wood like rosewood/ebony, or something like maple?

Very recently I uploaded the tabs for this solo on Patreon. It’s a solo that is all about melody, bends, vibrato, and some faster technical licks. You can learn the solo here www.patreon.com/JamTracks247/posts/164466766

What is your main reason for playing guitar and making music? Are you looking to be a professional or do you play guitar for the fun of it?

Hi everyone! If you’re interested in learning my solo from this video the tabs are now done and you can get them here www.patreon.com/posts/160352854
This is aimed at intermediate level and above but you certainly don’t have to be an advanced player to learn this; it is about learning the melody, techniques, and building a solo without playing too fast or technically! Cheers.

What do you think is the saddest key to play in? Some minor keys feel more melancholic than others.

The tone from this PRS is superior to a Fender Stratocaster in my opinion. It seems like a better built instrument, that’s why I play PRS guitars! What do you think?

STOP giving AI channels your attention and money! This isn’t my first post about these rubbish AI backing tracks, but read the below. It’s getting tiresome and I need your assistance.
HOW TO SPOT AN AI BACKING TRACK CHANNEL (the main giveaway signs)
- Frequent uploads, like more than 1 track a day (although possible, believe me that making a real track of high quality every single day seems ambitious)
- AI generated thumbnails, text, comments, and video descriptions (easy to spot, the text looks scripted and comments aren’t genuine)
- Sound quality. Poor quality audio or those of you with a good ear can hear the artificial sound
- Read the description in the video or channel. Sometimes they even say the track is made with AI (but most don’t mention)
- Lots of views for a new channel with low subscribers (don’t be surprised if these views are bought and are by bots. This makes it look like the video is popular)
HOW CAN YOU HELP
- Report the channels and videos. If you see an AI channel, use the YouTube report feature (not sure how useful this is but it might work)
- Don’t watch the videos. No matter if you think it’s a good track, if it’s AI, move on and support real channels
- Use the ‘Don’t recommend channel’ feature on YouTube
- Make a list of the real channels making real backing tracks (there are a good number of us on YouTube, but we are being less noticed because of the amount of AI videos)
- Don’t purchase any of the tracks from the AI channels. Some of them have the cheek to sell the fake tracks on other websites
- Don’t engage with AI channels (watch time can generate YouTube ad revenue for these fake channels)
- SHARE THIS POST. MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS AS IT IS BECOMING AN ISSUE MAKING GENUINE CHANNELS LIKE MINE HARDER TO FIND AND GETTING LESS ATTENTION. YOU NEED TO SUPPORT REAL MUSIC.
Thanks for your help. Gary.
