am truly overwhelmed and exhausted emotionally and in my heart. I feel completely drained.am strong, but being strong all the time is exhausting.
People come to me when they need help, advice, or comfort but no one stops to see that I am also fighting silent battles inside my own heart.
I carry pain, disappointment, and deep sadness that I rarely show. I don’t ask for help because I’ve learned that not everyone truly understands the weight I carry.
I’m tired. I’m emotionally worn out.
But somehow, I’m still trying to stay strong and keep moving forward even when my heart feels heavy.

I used to be a gentle person kind-hearted, devoted to making merit, and always willing to help others people , ...both young and old. I treated the people around me with great compassion and goodwill.
But over time, through life experience, I encountered many people and passed through many hardships. I witnessed my country and many innocent families suffer from long periods of invasion many lives losted (hundrens of people killed, including children and the elderly.
These experiences changed me. They taught me that good people who struggle to stand up and do what is right are often left unprotected, unloved, and unvalued. When no one stands up to protect us or to recognize the truth we stand for, we must rise and defend ourselves.
Even if we stand alone, with no one beside us, we must still protect ourselves, stand for what is right, and grow stronger. Holding onto goodness, justice, and self-defense is what allows us to become better and survive with dignity. In any kind of relationship friendship or any other relationship in life , if people do not value goodness and do not protect me or protect us, then we must stand up and defend ourselves until the end.
When I am too kind, too gentle, and too forgiving, people only hurt me more and treat me worse without stopping. Even if they are people we love, or people who claim to love us, if they do not stand up to protect us, then we must protect ourselves and walk away from that kind of person.
