I know myself very clearly. I donāt enjoy any type of parties anymore. My character is calm and quiet. I prefer proper, peaceful environments with fewer people. Iām not into parties, and I donāt feel happy in very social situations anymore.
Iām saying this because I donāt want anyone to misunderstand who I am. Sometimes, when people have very different characters, interests, and habits, they just canāt be close to each other even if they are good people or good friends.

Sorry, I am just me. I am who I am, and I love being myself just the way I am. Iām not a party girl. I donāt live a nightlife or a āfunā life like others might expect and thatās okay.
I was born and raised with peaceful values, celebrating life with respect and love. This is who I am.
If someone truly loves me and is loyal, they will look inside my heart. They will understand me, respect me, and accept me for the person
I truly am.

How is Khmer Sangkran different from Thai (Siam)?
Khmer Sangkran is quite different from Thai celebrations in many cultural and traditional aspects. One key feature is the wide variety of traditional Khmer games played during the New Year, such as bos angkunh, which dates back to ancient Khmer ancestors. Other popular games include tug-of-war, chhoung throwing, scarf hiding, catching the chicken, and clay pot breakingāeach played according to traditional rules. There are also many traditional dances that reflect Khmer cultural identity.
Water activities in Khmer New Year are done in a respectful and proper manner. There is no flirtatious water spraying between men and women, nor inappropriate or revealing clothing. The celebrations emphasize respect, especially toward women, and maintain dignity at all times.
Khmer people often wear traditional clothing during the celebration. Water is gently poured using traditional pots rather than sprayed with water guns, as seen in some other countries.
In addition, families and neighbors gather together to perform rituals of (respect), especially toward parents and elders. Children bathe their parents, apply perfume and powder, and offer them food, money, or gifts. In return, the elders bless the younger generation with wishes for happiness, prosperity, and good fortune.
In summary, Khmer Sangkran is a time for meaningful family reunions, bringing relatives and friends together in a warm, respectful, and culturally rich environment. It is not about reckless fun or inappropriate physical interactions, but about honoring tradition and strengthening family bonds.

Life has not been easy for me.
My father is over 70 years old, but he still works under the hot sun every day just to earn around $5 for food. My mother passed away more than 11 years ago, and since then, everything has been a struggle.
I am trying my best to find a good job, but the salaries are very low, and itās hard to survive. Some days feel overwhelming, but I donāt want to give up. I just want a chance to build a better life and take care of my father.
If anyone can support, guide, or share opportunities, it would mean so much to me. š
