Rockstar Servers have been down for around a day by now and ALL Rockstar Titles (GTA, RDR,...) aren't playable for PC users.
No ETA was provided by the company. Server status: support.rockstargames.com/servicestatus

GTA V has been updated to 1.0.2245.0 (Online 1.54) on 16th March 2021.. Until Script Hook update is released, you can use the below links to downgrade your game to a previous version, and play with mods
