As a Business owner, CEO, Entrepreneur and Salesperson you need to know that they are two types of clients buying your products or services:
1.) LOW TICKETS CLIENTS
I remembered when starting up my first business they were lots of client that do Inbox me for one reason or the other. Some set Inbox me to just know the price and compare it with other competitors, some just want to know the price and they are not ready to buy, some don't really know the exact thing or the specific features they want to buy, they just like the product and they are ready to get it. I called this type of client LOW TICKET CLIENTS. This type of Clients are looking for cheap products and they are very difficult to deal with, you can never meet their satisfaction, they are always complaining about your products or service, they don't know what they want, they just like the products because other are using it. This sets of clients are LOW TICKET CLIENTS
2.) HIGH TICKET CLIENTS
This type of client they are willing to pay for your product or service as far as it solves their problems and it makes them to save time, money and energy they are willing to pay for it. High ticket clients don't buy cheap products or service thy buy products of high value and they don't care how much you charge for your product or service they are ready to pay for it. They buy emotions, they buy something that will make them fill the latest ( e.g that is why majority of people buy Apple latest iPhone series) They know what they want, the features, the specification and the model. They are very specific unlike low ticket clients.
For example, Apple Company have both old and new series of their products because they want to meet client needs and satisfaction, they still reproduce their old models because some clients still needs it and their are ready to buy it because its cheap, While some clients are looking for and waiting for the latest series to buy. Those that buys old models are mostly LOW TICKET CLIENTS , while those that buy the latest models are mostly HIGH TICKET CLIENTS.
In business you need to know that there are two types of clients buying your products or services which are low and high ticket clients. Also In producing and charging for your products or services consider this two types of clients in mind. One of the reasons why top brand like apple, Samsung, Coca Cola, Levis are always at the top in their industries is because they know that they are two sets of people buying their products which are low and high ticket clients and they produce to meet both clients needs and the ways they buy things.

You need to change your comfort zone as a Business Owners, CEO and Salespeson:
Changing your comfort zone as a salespeson doesnt mean you should move from Georgia to Bahama or change your location, What I mean is that, if you set you yearly sales goals as $50,000 per year and you have acomplished this goal for Countless of time, you need to change your comfort zone from 50,000 yearly to $100,000 or above.
When of my Friend called Steve, he own a digital marketing agency company and his sales goals every year was $100,000, he usually accomplished this sales goals withing 7 to 8 months of the year and he will relax for the rest of the month, because he has meet up his yearly goals and I asked him one day that you start the year with so much enthusiasm, why is it dropping as the year is coming to an end and he answered; I have accomplished my sale goals for the year and I am using the remaining month of the year to rest and relax.
My Advice to him was that since he can accomplished his goals within 7 to 8 months of the year, he should try next year to double or change his comfor zone from $100,000 yearly to $200,000 or $250,000 and he harken to my advice and he did as I said, however the next year he change his sales goals from $100,000 to $200,000. He thanks me for the advice a gave him and he said changing his comfort zone brings him and his team more innovative and creative ways of accomplishing the new sales goals.
As a business owners, CEO, Salespeson You need to change you comfort zone from your current yearly sales goals, this will make your team come up with new ideas on how to accomplish the goals, this will make your TEAM more innovative and creative.
NOTE: Changing Your Comfort Zone will make you to be innovative and creative.

There are two main things that cause a price difference in product/service.
For Example Apple Company, they produce iPhones in different series and their prices and quality are not the same. iPhone 11 series is of lower price than iPhone 15 series.
Here are the two things that cause a change in price of a product or service:
1. Quality
Quality is one of the major things that cause change in price of a product or service. For example , there are some qualities and features Toyota new models have that the other old models did not have, and the new model is of higher price than the old model because of qualities and some new features been added to it.
if you want to increase the price of your product or service and generate high income, you need to increase the quality of your products or service because high Ticket Client buys Quality not Quantity.
2. Quantity
The quantity of a product also causes a price difference. The higher the quantity of a product, the higher the price and vice versa.
for example Coca Cola has different quantities of coke like 1L, 75CL, 35CL and so on, and the price of the quantities differs the one of one Litre has a higher price than the one of seventy-five Centilitre.
if you want to increase the price of your products, you need to have a higher quantity of what you sell, because some customers buy based on quantities not qualities.
Note: High Ticket clients buy Quality not quantity.
If you want to increase the price of your product or service, you need to release a new model of higher quality or higher quantity of your products.

The Best way to market Your product or service is to market the value and the outcome of your product not just the stylish design.
For Example, Apple Company when they were marketing and advertising their new iPhone series ( iPhone 16 series) online, they market and advertise the features that are in the new series that are not in the old one e.g the zooming ability of the new series, the new series can zoom objects from far than the old series. Look for that particular features in your product or service that the audience will like and market that particular feature.
