As more continues to come from Shia’s arrest last week, it unfortunately is looking more and more like he will not be coming back to Transformers. In my opinion, it would be higher ups in Hollywood preventing this, not Shia’s lack of desire and Bay’s willingness to bring him back. The og cast were tight knit enough to know Shia was always a character — but considering he’s doubling down on traditional Christian views on top of this recent event, I don’t think the people who really pull the strings will let him back in the club. I’d love to be wrong, but seeing how those similar to him have been treated by the industry while doubling down on their Christian faith, I’m not optimistic. All love for Shia / Sam here though ✝️💜🐐
