I started this page by talking about gratitude. Then, for a while, I shared my journey with anxiety. Now, I’m back to gratitude, because it’s what truly brings me joy.

Freud believed healing comes from understanding your past, while Adler said it’s about looking forward, about having dreams and purpose. Adler’s view feels closer to mine.

I will still talk about anxiety sometimes, because it’s important to raise awareness and help others feel less misunderstood. But my main focus now is on gratitude, on how it makes life feel more beautiful. Actually, life already is beautiful, gratitude just helps you see it more clearly.

I’ll also talk about gratitude in relationships, my gratitude journals, and sometimes, I’ll share other thoughts that feel meaningful in the moment.

Starting your day with gratitude is like giving your mind a reset. When you focus on what’s going right, you naturally attract more joy, peace, and abundance into your life.

Take a deep breath, look around, and appreciate the beauty in the little things. I definitely enjoyed this view, the beautiful trees, peaceful nature and this amazing blue sky. ❤️
